returns

You may cancel this agreement within 14 working days of receipt. We will then be happy to offer either an exchange or refund (excluding postage). Please note that all returns must be;

(a) unworn;
(b) in its original resaleable condition,
(c) complete with all its original tags and
(d) be accompanied by its receipt (proof of purchase).

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method of payment originally used by you at the time of purchase.

We will always process the refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.

You may also cancel your Agreement if the Products supplied are defective.
